Do you hire freshers?
The Management Trainee Officer posting explicitly encourages freshers. Other roles list years of experience on the detail page. Apply only where you match the stated bar.
Where do I send my CV?

What is the hiring process?
Email your CV, then HR screening, a hiring-team interview, a leadership conversation, and a written offer if both sides agree. There is no application portal. Glassdoor reports 67% of interview reviews as positive.

Are roles remote?
Most openings are full-time in Dhaka, some with customer-site work. The Data Engineer role starts onsite in Japan for about 4–6 months, then moves offshore.
