These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the eGeneration PLC website at egeneration.co and the public information, forms, and downloads on it. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Agreement
These Terms are between you and eGeneration PLC, Ranks Business Center, Level 9, Ka-218/1, Pragati Sarani, Kuril, Dhaka 1229, Bangladesh. They apply to website visitors, people who request a demo or send an enquiry, and people who apply for a job through a published address. They do not replace a signed customer contract, licence, statement of work, or non-disclosure agreement. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed documents control for that engagement.
2. Using this website
You may browse the site for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes — for example to learn about our products, download published investor files, or contact us. You must not:
- Interfere with the site’s operation, security, or other users.
- Scrape, harvest, or copy the site in bulk except as allowed by ordinary search indexing.
- Introduce malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Use the site to send spam or misleading communications.
- Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act for an organisation.
We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe these Terms are being broken.
3. Enquiries, demos, and proposals
Submitting a demo or contact form, or emailing info@egeneration.co, is a request for information — not an order and not a commitment by either side. Any proposal, quotation, or statement of work we later issue is subject to its own terms. We may decline a request, including where the request is incomplete or outside the markets we serve.
Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Products and services
Descriptions of eGFinance, eGHR, eGSales, eGERP, eGStudio, Lyravo, eGHealth, eGConnect AI, and our professional services are for information. Features, availability, and pricing are confirmed only in a written agreement. Implementation, licences, support, service levels, and data processing for a customer environment are governed by that agreement, not by these website Terms.
5. Careers
Job postings describe roles we intend to fill. They are not an offer of employment. Applications go to hr@egeneration.co as stated on each posting. We may close, change, or leave a role unfilled. Sending a CV does not create a contract.
6. Intellectual property
The site’s design, text, graphics, logos, product names, and downloadable materials are owned by eGeneration or our licensors. You may view and download investor PDFs and other published files for personal or internal reference. You may not copy, modify, or republish site content for a commercial purpose without our written permission, except for short, attributed quotations in ordinary news or analyst coverage.
eGeneration, eGFinance, eGHR, eGSales, eGERP, eGStudio, Lyravo, eGHealth, and related marks are trademarks of eGeneration PLC. Partner names (for example Microsoft, Fortinet, or Zimbra) belong to their owners and are used to describe our work with those organisations.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the site or any form on it to submit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content, or content that contains another person’s personal data without a lawful basis. Do not use published email addresses for marketing lists unrelated to a genuine enquiry.
8. Investor and market information
Annual reports, financial statements, price-sensitive information, AGM materials, and similar files are published to meet disclosure duties. They speak as of their stated date. They are not investment advice and not an offer to sell or buy securities. Past performance is not a guide to future results. Market decisions should be based on the official filings and your own advice.
9. Disclaimers
The website is provided “as is”. We aim to keep information accurate and the site available, but we do not warrant that content is complete, current, or error-free, or that the site will be uninterrupted. Success stories and news describe specific programmes; results for other organisations will differ. Third-party sites linked from these pages are outside our control.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Bangladesh law, eGeneration and its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Our total liability for claims arising from website use is limited to BDT 10,000, except where liability cannot be limited (for example fraud or personal injury caused by negligence). This limit does not change liability under a signed customer contract.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Courts in Dhaka have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in another forum to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
12. Changes
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated page and changing the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after a change is acceptance of the new Terms for that use.
