Position summary
We are looking for an experienced, execution-driven Project Manager – IT & Network Infrastructure to deliver large-scale infrastructure projects within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality requirements.
The role involves leading multiple technical teams (typically four at a time) and coordinating with the Project Office, customers, vendors, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams through testing, commissioning, and handover.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver infrastructure projects within defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality requirements.
- Manage and coordinate resources across multiple technical and project teams, overseeing approximately four teams or workstreams simultaneously.
- Allocate manpower and technical resources based on project requirements and priorities.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), project schedules, milestone plans, resource plans, and delivery/implementation plans.
- Track progress, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource utilization, and take corrective action where schedules slip.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and ensure timely resolution; manage escalations through to closure.
- Act as the primary coordination point between the Project Office/Management, customers, internal technical teams, suppliers/OEMs/vendors, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates to management and customers.
- Coordinate equipment/material delivery, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and handover in line with agreed SLA, quality standards, scope, and timeline.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), testing, commissioning, QA/QC activities, and customer sign-off.
- Review and ensure completion of Method Statements, BOQ/BOM, As-Built Documentation, Test Reports, Acceptance Documents, Handover Documents, and Project Closure Reports; maintain complete project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
- Review infrastructure designs and technical drawings, and coordinate technical teams during deployment to ensure alignment with approved designs.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- 5–8+ years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in IT, network, data center, telecom, or infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Experience coordinating multiple technical teams and external stakeholders.

- Practical experience in one or more of: Fiber Optic Infrastructure, Structured/Copper Cabling, LAN/WAN & Campus Network, Data Center, Network & Security, Server/Virtualization, and IT Infrastructure Deployment/Integration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
