eGeneration, a leading systems integration and software solutions company, has successfully completed a strategically impactful cybersecurity transformation project with Delta Life Insurance, encompassing the implementation, integration, migration, and training of Next Generation Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) solution, Email Service with advanced Email Security, Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) & Exchange server
The objective of this deployment was to strengthen Delta Life Insurance’s identity management, communication security, and endpoint protection framework while ensuring regulatory compliance and business continuity avoiding the risk ofphishing, malware, spam, and ransomware attacks.
As part of the security modernization initiative, Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) was deployed as the core endpoint security layer to deliver real-time visibility, behavioral threat detection, and automated incident response across enterprise endpoints and servers. The solution continuously monitors system activities, correlates telemetry, and enables rapid containment and remediation of advanced threats, significantly reducing attack dwell time and mitigating potential operational and financial risks.
To further strengthen the organization’s security posture, an advanced Email Security solution was implemented to protect inbound and outbound communications against phishing attacks, malware, spam, and data exfiltration. Leveraging threat intelligence, content inspection, and policy-based controls, the solution ensures secure, compliant, and uninterrupted business communication.
Additionally, Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) was implemented alongside Microsoft Exchange Server to provide centralized identity, access, and communication management across the enterprise. This integrated deployment enables secure authentication, role-based access control, group policy enforcement, and seamless email and collaboration services, ensuring consistent policy application and secure communication for all users.
Together, the integrated solutions from Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, and Microsoft, expertly designed, implemented, and integrated by eGeneration PLC, have established a robust, resilient, and compliant cybersecurity foundation aligned with industry’s best practices and regulatory requirements of the insurance sector. The project concluded with a closing ceremony attended by senior officials from both organizations. From Delta Life side Md.
