eGeneration, a leading systems integration and software solutions company in Bangladesh, has recently signed an agreement with Robi Axiata Limited, one of the leading telecommunications service providers in the country.

Under this agreement, eGeneration will provide support services for workflow automation, document management solutions and ensuring the development of up to 20 customized applications across Robi Axiata PLC over a three-year period. The scope of work includes the automation of business processes such as approvals, notifications, and scheduled tasks, as well as integration services with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Dataverse to streamline data flow and enhance document management systems. Additionally, eGeneration will be responsible for the development of tailored applications that meet Robi’s specific business requirements. Furthermore, eGeneration will provide ongoing maintenance, regular upgrades, and user support throughout the duration of the agreement.

This partnership underscores the increasing demand for digital solutions in Bangladesh's corporate sector, with eGeneration playing a key role in empowering enterprises through business application solutions that improve operational performance.
